The idea

ATR takes part in the construction of the second international airport in northern Bali and is the official partner of the adjacent district developer — 40,000 ha for development and a large-scale upgrade of the island's urban infrastructure.

For the investor this means access to any commercial real estate in the airport zone and its supporting infrastructure: land plots, retail and service formats, hotels and warehouses — on early-entry terms before the airport opens.

The strategy is to lock in pricing at the infrastructure groundbreaking stage and build an income portfolio by the time the airport opens.
